I just assembled my first PC and created a flash drive with Windows 11. When trying to download it, the system refuses because it can’t run Windows 11. I checked the BIOS, adjusted TPM and security settings, and even confirmed on the motherboard that it’s marked as Windows 11 ready. What could be wrong?

The build specifications are as follows: CSM is not disabled, and secure boot is enabled.
