Hi, your i7 9700KF on an ASUS Z390 Prime 8x2 DDR4 SEASONIC Focus 650W Gold is acting strangely. The PC shut off unexpectedly while playing Metro, and removing the CPU cable didn’t restore it. When you plug it back in, it still won’t boot. Could this mean a bad CPU?

The PC won't start unless the CPU power cable is connected, and the ATX power cable also needs to be plugged in.
