The PC fails to start following the recent update.
I recently attempted an upgrade on smh pc and encountered a problem others reported but without a fix. After adjusting the case, RAM, GPU, and PSU, the system booted into Windows Recovery but would restart immediately when the Windows logo appeared or froze. I changed RAM types and slots, replaced the motherboard, tried different GPUs and PSUs, but nothing resolved the issue. Even after a fresh Windows install, it would restart upon pressing Enter to begin an installation. I managed to run memtest86 without errors and the motherboard indicators showed no faults, though Ubuntu installation would also restart on pressing Enter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
