Hey everyone, as mentioned in the title, it’s cycling back and forth. (RAM light for a second, CPU for half a second)
The issue surfaced a few months back. Restarting multiple times until it booted was the fix, but now it doesn’t boot at all. I’ve been unable to restart the PC from the start—it always had to be restarted, even if it worked before.

Progress so far:
- Removed CMOS
- Changed RAM slots, tried booting without RAM
- CPU cooler and case fans are spinning, but only the CPU cooler shows RGB (if the case fans’ light up, it means it’s booting properly)
- Re-flashed the BIOS again

Right now I’m trying to keep restarting until it works.
Update: The flash light is now consistently on for the DRAM.
