Hello, your i3 Gen 9 is experiencing freezing issues during startup. After turning it on and off several times, the problem persists in the same spot. The automatic repair process also freezes. You attempted a bootable recovery to check the SSD, but freezing occurred again in CMD. The motherboard and RAM tests came back normal. It seems the CPU might be the root cause. Any hints or advice would be helpful.
Is C Is Clear CMOS it's mean you Plug out the battery? if so i already do it fourth times, The List: - I already changing the ram to diferent RAM - already reset CMOS -Already switching the motherboard to the new one - already tweaking on BIOS like lowering procesor speed when pc turn on, lowering the voltages, decreasing the core to one core only - already plug out all HDD and SSD, i tested the pc to running in bios but couple minutes letter the running fine no freezing - when HDD and SSD plug out, i boot to bootable flasdisk after couple minutes it's freezing, i do it because to test the problem is from storage or not, but withouth storage my pc already freezing on windows instalation - what i have not, is tested the Procesor, because i have limited resource, so i still waiting the money to buy the same procesor
