The PC fails to start after modifying BIOS settings.

Yesterday I had to activate virtualization in the BIOS because I needed a VM. I accessed the BIOS, located the virtualization settings and enabled them. But after saving and attempting to boot, I was redirected back to the BIOS with an error saying "boot failure detected." Three options appeared: load optimized defaults and boot, load optimized defaults and reboot, and enter BIOS. Changing the setting didn’t resolve the issue. None of the available choices worked. I’ve dealt with this before and managed to fix it in some way. I don’t recall the exact steps anymore. The only solution was to physically power off the PC using the power button. If I turned it back on after manually shutting it down, it just kept looping. I clicked "Fans on," waited 5 seconds, then repeated the process. It just kept repeating. I'm curious if there were any other adjustments made. A CMOS clear might reset it back to the standard setting, and then we could attempt it once more.

PC began booting normally after a period of inactivity. I won’t risk resetting it. Appreciate your response. This issue could happen again later.

It might have been a software update. If this happened, it's improbable to happen again.
