Asus TUF gaming x570 plus features DDR4 3200 MHz, 8GB RAM, 500GB M.2 storage, and an unknown CPU—likely an i7. It runs on a 600W power supply and needs the 4060 for proper operation.

Without an integrated graphics processor (F/KF), your computer won't start unless you have a dedicated graphics card.

Suggest clearing with CMOS. Disconnect power cable, connect CLR CMOS pins together.

Next, I would proceed with: 1. Reassigning the CPU 2. Installing RAM one stick at a time in each slot 3. Verifying all cable connections 4. Confirming the power supply is active and functional.

Verify the PSU connections and the front panel link for the power button. Check if any LEDs illuminate to show power reception.
