The PC fails to power on following modifications to certain parts.
My computer fails to power on after modifying a few parts. The CPU and DRAM indicators illuminate on the PSC when I power it up.
The parts I replaced were:
PSU, motherboard, CPU cooler, and the case.
I attempted various solutions:
- Swapped all previous components back.
- Tested with another set of RAM sticks.
- Powered it on with only the CPU connected.
- Checked if all connections were secure.
Additional details:
The motherboard includes a CD, which I haven’t used yet. According to the manual, it doesn’t mention anything about it. I’m unsure if this is relevant, but the cooler isn’t properly aligned with the CPU despite matching the socket. Its mounting plate might not fit the motherboard correctly.

This seems like a low-quality unit.

Do you have a link to the RAM kit?
I’m not sure if this is important, but the new cooler isn’t properly aligned with the CPU even though it matches the socket. It looks like the mounting plate might not fit the motherboard correctly.
Please include images. The host shared them on a site similar to Imgur, and then send the link here so we can review them.
