The PC fails to power on.
I’ve upgraded my new gaming PC. It would freeze often, so I reinstalled Windows and cleared the SSD. After that, it still froze, so I removed the graphics card and RAM modules and put them back in. When I power on the machine, the fans spin quickly for a moment before stopping, then restart again. Once the fans resume, the PC doesn’t boot at all. It’s not producing any beeps, just the fans acting strangely. Can someone assist me with this issue?
