The PC fails to power on.
I assembled my initial computer two days ago and when powering it up the error light appeared, thinking it was just initializing the memory. It stayed on a steady red for about an hour without any action. I replaced the RAM, tested both modules in separate slots, and tried each one alone. Recently I got new RAM with reduced performance, likely due to AMD’s suggested speeds for the 7800X3D being lower than my previous purchase. The slowest speed I found was around 6000 MHz, but the site mentions it can be downclocked to 5200 MHz—AMD’s recommended rate—but that hasn’t resolved the problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
