Hello, your computer isn’t starting properly now. It worked before, but after being unplugged for a week you received an error message when trying to boot. You can’t enter BIOS and pressing F1 doesn’t work either. The CMOS battery replacement didn’t help. There seems to be an issue with the motherboard itself. Someone should check it carefully.

It seems your USB keyboard isn't being recognized. Would you like to test it with another keyboard, perhaps a PS2 model?

It appears the system recognizes the keyboard, and the test on your laptop confirmed its functionality.

If F1 isn't functioning to reach the Bios, it appears unrecognized. Trying it on the laptop yields no results. Was the same keyboard operational within the Bios?

It's interesting that before the AM screen appears, it displays the Asus logo along with instructions like 'press F2 or Del to enter bios,' but neither action works. I've consistently used this keyboard with this computer without issues, and I've never struggled to access BIOS. This leads me to suspect the motherboard might be faulty.

Using a different keyboard is suggested. At least these are affordable.
