I updated my PC to Windows 10 and performed a reset through the settings. After shutting it down, it restarted but kept showing the same error: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE. When I allowed it to restart again, the issue persisted. I tried restarting it for about ten minutes before turning it off by pressing the power button. My HP PC has a Core i5 3470, 8GB RAM, and a 1TB hard drive. Someone, could you assist me with this problem?

Have you checked the BIOS settings to confirm your operating system drive is set as the primary boot device? I understand that a Windows 10 ISO is typically needed to perform this reset process, which involves reformatting Windows. Please let me know if you have any clarification or further details. Good luck! Cartdog.

It's a known issue with Windows 10 where the system freezes during startup after a reset. You recently created a new drive and restored your data from a backup.
