I went outside for a while and put my PC to sleep. When I returned, the fans were spinning fast and the computer wouldn’t wake up. I turned it off and tried to restart, but it just clicked like it was about to begin before shutting down again. I repeated the process a few times, yet it still won’t start. The motherboard lights are lit, and other connected devices still receive power. Intel Core i5 CPU, Asus Z170-Deluxe Motherboard, GTX 1070 GPU, Corsair RM850 PSU.

Reset the CMOS. Test one stick at a time. Attempt booting using the igpu.

I would begin by extracting the power cord from the supply or switching it off if possible. Next, keep the power button pressed for ten seconds to activate it. After that, reconnect it and attempt to start. If nothing appears, reset the CMOS by taking out the battery and then reinserting it.
