The PC fails to activate right away upon turning on.
So I have this problem where whenever I power on my computer it does not respond immedietly, also I tried unplugging the power cable and power on won't turn on also, But whenever I wait couple minutes it turns on. It also randomly shut down it happens randomly with load and no load. Also I encountered overvoltage warning, and back then it does not have this problem. What seems to be the solution to this problem.

eventually swap out the power supply unit
replace the BIOS battery
switch to a different power source
To date there have been no issues with the bios battery, I believe the PSU will be the one. Probably have to wait until a new PSU is available.
