Hello, I just shared my experience regarding this problem. It’s becoming increasingly frustrating. The situation is this: I recently upgraded my 16GB Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz RAM (2x8) to 32GB with two additional sticks of the same brand and model. After installation, the system won’t boot and restarts automatically. When I enter BIOS, I encounter a “Clear CMOS Information” warning, requiring me to re-enable XMP. Once that’s done, the computer behaves normally with 32GB RAM. If I don’t re-enable it, speeds drop back to 2133MHz, and I experience a BSOD with a memory-related error code—something inconsistent. In Event Viewer, I see a Kernel Error 41. I’ve tried several fixes: ran memtest (three clean passes), re-flashed BIOS, overvolted RAM to 1.5V (not comfortable), adjusted memory frequency slightly, and even removed the new sticks, but the issue remains. After swapping the old RAM for the new ones again, it still acts as if I never upgraded. EDIT: I just replaced the old sticks with the new ones, and it’s still behaving oddly. Any suggestions on what to try next? I’m running out of options.

Specs: Ryzen 7 3700X, Gigabyte Aorus x570 Elite WiFi RTX 2070, Super WD Black M.2SSD (boot), Sandisk SATA SSD, Seagate Barracuda HDD, unknown Toshiba drive (from family PC). No other components seem affected.

Identical models and identical memory cards might not work together since the NAND flash used in each card can vary between manufacturers like Samsung or SKHynix.

I began at 1.5v thinking it would give me a strong start, then adjusted to find the limit. I haven’t added any extra voltage to my SoC chip yet—I’ll begin there. Could “2T Command rate” refer to a setting in the BIOS that I can modify?

By SoC, are you referring to VCORESOC or PM1SOC?

You adjusted the VcoreSOC to 1.1 and then to 1.2 volts, but neither change had a noticeable effect.

I discovered how to access BIOS settings. You have two sets of Samsung RAM and two of Hynix RAM. Are they compatible enough to operate at their rated speeds together?

Eventually, it appears to function properly at 2133. I'm ready to seek help from a specialist soon.
