I'm dealing with a PC that stutters unpredictably, sometimes for a few seconds and occasionally up to a minute. It occurs randomly, even when playing music on Spotify or browsing YouTube. The issue started about a week ago, and I haven't made any changes to the system. Additionally, my main monitor sometimes goes black for 2-3 seconds at random. I don't know the cause or a solution. Please assist me.

What could have shifted since things seemed normal? A windows update maybe? Malware? Consider using system restore to revert to when everything was fine.

All the components in the system are two years old.
I plan to inspect the internal parts then.
