PC Info: Mobo: Lenovo 376A BIOS Ver: 05UKT18A i9 13900KF, RTX 4080 pc: Lenovo Legion T7 34IRZ8 The device arrived with Samsung 2x16GB DDR5 5600mhz RAM from a previous machine. I currently have Corsair Vengeance 2x32GB DDR5 5600MHZ. When the new PC was powered on, Task Manager showed a speed of 4400mhz. The BIOS didn’t have an XMP setting. I added Corsair RAM in dual channel and it worked at 5600mhz with both sticks. However, when I tried inserting the other two sticks, they emitted beep sounds. I’m unsure why this occurs and how to resolve it. If anyone has insight or can clarify in simple terms, I’d appreciate it. I’d like to use all Corsair 4x16GB DDR5 5600mhz modules together.

There are several videos discussing the use of four DDR5 modules, noting potential hit-and-miss results.

Standard advice is to avoid mixing RAM types. Even when specifications match on the box, minor timing variations from the SPD chip can cause issues. Additionally, be cautious with single and dual-rank modules as well.

I have a comparable setup with a similar Lenovo model. The difference lies in my 4090 and 64Gb (Samsung 4x16 5600). All four can function, but the maximum reaches around 5200, not 5600. Beyond that I receive the same beeps as you mentioned. My BIOS is O5UKT21A, and according to Lenovo it's the latest version. It appears the BIOS needs to reload the Custom - XMP settings each time, which extends boot time significantly—possibly up to about three minutes. When I first got the PC, Task Manager reported a RAM speed of 4000MHz.

Performance isn't ideal with these DDR5 modules. Using four dimming channels means increasing voltage and possibly reducing speed.

I'm not combining RAM modules. Four identical sticks trigger beeps.

I used a process to trim the output to the specified length while preserving the essential information.
