Hey, a week back I had to take out my GPU. After reinstalling it, the PC freezes during startup. The Windows loading spinner just stops. If I power off and restart while it's stuck, it works fine. I've tried deleting and reinstalling drivers and fixing Windows files, but nothing helped. What should I do next?

Have you checked if the card is properly seated? It could be due to loose contact pins or other small issues.
