I’m facing problems with my Windows 11 PC not entering sleep mode.
I’ve checked the power report and am unsure what steps to take next to enable sleep.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.
What power report?
What USB devices are connected to the PC?
Make, model?
Are you able to disconnect each USB device (just one at a time) to determine which USB device is preventing sleep?
