While hovering over File Explorer made files appear, the screen then flickered again, making it hard to pick the right file for upload. This occurs every time I turn on my PC. Please assist me. Specs: (I bought these in 2020 except the monitor, which I got last year) Windows 10 Pro, x64 BIOS Version: 1.70 Monitor: Phillips 326E 32" 75Hz RAM: G.skill ripjaw DDR4 288pin 2x16 3070 ftw evga Ryzen 9 3900X MSI MPG X570 gaming edge Wi-Fi motherboard (AM4) USB-C Gen 2 AMD MOBO PSU: CORSAIR RM Series RM750 750W ATX12V v2.52 80 Plus GOLD (desktop screen, taskbar at bottom).
