I recently replaced the power supply, but noticed a faint buzzing sensation whenever my hand touched the metal case. This happens even when everything is neatly arranged inside. The issue persists despite the cables being removed and still functioning. I’ve considered various possibilities—ranging from ignoring it to suspecting the PSU itself—but haven’t identified a clear cause yet. What suggestions do you have for further investigation?

Which power supply unit? Also, it might be a grounding problem at the outlet or in your home—try connecting the computer elsewhere, like a friend's place, to check if the issue persists.

The LED can indicate wiring issues or a missing ground, but it can't check for a weak ground connection. It should work well as a budget-friendly first step.
