I recently replaced the power supply, but noticed a faint buzzing sensation whenever my hand touched the metal case. This happens even when everything is neatly arranged inside. The issue persists despite the cables being removed and still functioning. Which power supply unit? Also, it might be a grounding problem at the outlet or in your home—try connecting the computer elsewhere, like a friend's place, to check if the issue persists.
