A few months back I purchased a brand new PC, fully assembled with all the latest parts. Occasionally, when I press the power button, it begins to start up and then immediately shuts down, only to restart again within seconds and function normally afterward. This behavior appears unpredictably, sometimes happening multiple times a day or even every couple of weeks. Apart from these instances, the PC operates perfectly when powered on. What might be causing this issue?

This occurs occasionally, sometimes multiple times a day or every couple of weeks. Apart from that, the PC functions flawlessly when it's running. This was demonstrated on JayzTwoCents, where an EVGA motherboard briefly powered up, shut down, and restarted without issues, only to fully charge the capacitors before proceeding to the OS GUI. This process happens to prepare the board for normal operation.

Motherboard: Asrock B650 PG Lightning
Regarding BIOS version, what model are you using?
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32GB 2x16GB 6000MHz CL30
Do you have a link to this RAM set? Also, is the RAM from AMD/Intel XMP or not?

This was demonstrated on JayzTwoCents, showing an EVGA motherboard briefly powering up, shutting off, and restarting without issues, just enough to charge its capacitors. After full charging, it completes the standard POST sequence.
Apologies, I wasn't entirely clear on this. Are you referring to a feature in certain motherboards or is it a malfunction?
By the way, I didn't realize my brother built a PC with identical specifications and didn't encounter this issue.
For context, what BIOS version are you using for your motherboard?
Version 3.10
Do you have a link to this RAM kit? Regarding the RAM, is it AMD/EXPO or Intel XMP enabled?
I believe the correct one should be:
https://www.corsair.com/us/en/p/mem...cl...m2b6000z30
I hadn't activated EXPO in BIOS, it was set to Auto.

Sorry for the disruption, bringing up this discussion again, but I'm looking forward to any fresh insights.
For a few months the issue didn't occur, but now it's resurfacing.
I haven't managed to determine the root cause.
The fact that another machine with identical specifications doesn't have the same problem makes me concerned about something being amiss with my setup, though everything else appears normal.
Appreciate your assistance.
