Good morning, I've been experiencing issues with my PC for several days. It doesn't open new programs, but it works with the ones I previously launched. I managed to access the task manager and noticed that when this problem occurs, the GPU usage drops drastically to negative values. It won't unlock, and I'm stuck in a forced state. There are no errors reported. Thank you for your assistance.

Ensure your motherboard and GPU drivers are current. This might just be a driver problem or a faulty component. Your GPU shouldn’t be so cold.
