The PC abruptly shuts down with a black screen while the audio remains active.
Hello guys,
My PC suddenly shows a black screen while gaming, or it happens unexpectedly sometimes. The sound stays on but the display doesn't show anything from the port. I have to restart it every time this occurs.
What I've tried:
- Reinstall Windows.
- Use DDU to uninstall drivers and switch to an older version (this time it helped but then it happened again).
My specs:
- I7-10700
- RTX 3080 12GB
- 32 GB RAM
- MSI Z490 Gaming Plus
- Corsair 750w Cx750m
- Windows 10
What should I do now?

I installed Windows 10 using a USB drive, which is unusual but I'm working with two different modules. I ran Memtest and everything checked out without any leaks. The hardware used includes Corsair cmw16gx4m2c3200c16 and Corsair cmh16gx4m2e3200c16, with specific slot configurations. The BIOS version is A.20.
