Yes, the Desktop folder is located in the My PC or Quick Access section of your file manager.

Is the system running in safe mode? You've likely performed several shutdowns and restarts. Are there any additional problems? If Windows is corrupted, other issues might be present.

I'm not in safe mode, but I've restarted it several times. It might be a Windows corruption issue—after resetting my PC, I didn't set it up and then shut it down.
