It shouldn't happen because downloads are saved to the disk rather than remaining in RAM. Plus, when your download reached 1GB, it's unlikely your paged pool was also at 1GB—this seems like a random coincidence to me.

Honestly I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it starts affecting performance. Windows is pretty good at freeing up space if needed, but if it doesn't need more RAM there's no harm in leaving random garbage in there.

It's not affecting performance significantly... Just a bit... It's good to know that there's no big damage or harm that can come from it... Thanks
