I was attempting to achieve a solid overclock for continuous use, without exceeding high voltage levels.
I configured the CPU to:
46x at 1.2v
I'm just starting out with overclocking and would appreciate your feedback on whether these settings are suitable.

Yes, your CPU's clock speed is configured at 4.5 gigahertz.

no....46x but using max and min cache at the same multiplier works... if I set them equal to that multiplier it still doesn't pass OCCT.
i'm having a not strong OC of 44x with 44x in both max and min cache, at 1.15v and stable... with that setup I get average temps between 50 to 55ºc.
