I own a Quadro 600 and am currently enjoying playing Overwatch. Initially, I managed around 40 to 50 frames per second on the lowest settings. After overclocking with MSI Afterburner, I achieved a Core Clock of 835 MHz and a Memory Clock of 1040 MHz—quite impressive! Running Overwatch became smooth at 50 to 60 fps during medium settings, which was great. I was finally able to play without straining my eyes. However, the experience changed when the game returned to its default factory clocked settings. Attempts to revert didn’t help. The core clock dropped to 405 MHz and memory clock to 305 MHz, making it difficult to play consistently. I tried changing profiles and switching programs, but nothing resolved the issue. This all happened very quickly. I ended up turning off Overwatch to watch a video, which triggered the problem when I tried to switch programs again. Help is needed! Thanks a million!

Right click the software you use to boost your graphics card speed and launch it with admin privileges, and also adjust the voltage settings for consistent performance. Be aware that increasing the voltage generates additional heat. You're likely using MSI After Burner, correct?

I'm not sure what I did, but after uninstalling Riva Tuner and restarting it, it worked.
