Hello, I own a 4-year-old Toshiba PC with an AMD Sempron. I attempted to overclock it just for fun, but it only worked for 2 and Farcry 3. I have a GPU, but after overclocking, my PC won't start anymore. Can you help me?

Clear the CMOS on your board. I also question if you can power down the CPU enough to run poorly, since it might be because of something else.
