Just got done finalizing my overclocks and everything seems stable, here are some stats!
my g1 970 is overclocked to these settings:
core voltage: +25
power limit: 110%
Core clock: +140 MHz
Memory clock: +400 MHz
Max temps i got while using heaven unigine is 55c
CPU is i7-6700k
Set at 4.4 GHz
1.26 for voltage
ran heaven benchmark testing and got a score at 1543 3 times in a row with cpu usage maxing out around 99% sometimes. cpu temp never exceeded 54c. also got max frames of 129 and min of 29.8 with an average of 61.2 with everything maxed out.
i did not see any artifacts or stuttering at all during these 3 tests and i did a furmark test and did not see any artifacts or stutterings.
question to you all, does this seem like a stable clock? me being new to overclocking i am satisfied with these settings and it seems to me it is stable with the amount of benchmarks i have done.

Appears promising
😉
Might explore alternatives such as Si-Sandra, ROG real Bench or similar options.

i played the witcher 3 for roughly three hours, picked up some items, then had a crash. it's time to finish and try again.
