hello, i have an athlon 220ge cpu with an a320m-a pro m2 motherboard, and i recently updated the bios. i tried changing the cpu frequency to 3.5ghz, turned off core performance boost, and disabled it, but windows still displays 3.4ghz. also, the bios didn't reset properly, and it still shows 3.5ghz. what's happening?

The Athlon 220GE is a fixed chip, so its clock speed can't be adjusted. Additionally, you're using an A320 motherboard that also prevents overclocking.

I checked various methods but didn't find a way to view the speed in Windows without using Task Manager.

Hey rgd1101, do you think he can access power options and set high performance while keeping both minimum and maximum processor states at 100 percent? Just added this. Also, would using D.O.C.P. be more beneficial for him?

Additionally, numerous A320 boards allow "overclocking," though this is not an official feature. As a result, several users are encountering issues with not reaching the desired clock speeds in the BIOS.
