I'm experiencing frequent performance issues with my Vega 56 and i5 8400, where the frame rate stays at 60 fps but drops to the 40s. The gameplay is available here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1BhnZol...C1kks3mEC7

Is there a chance this happens when shifting the character's position? If moving the camera doesn't trigger it, but changing the character does, it might mean your storage drive is having trouble loading background assets promptly. Do you have an SSD?

Can we determine if this is the issue?

As I mentioned, adjust the camera positioning while keeping the character stationary. Next, advance the character to populate fresh resources in the environment. If this behavior happens exclusively during character movement, it probably indicates a storage problem. Could you tell me what resolution you're using?

That shouldn't be causing issues unless there's something wrong with it. Can you try copying and pasting a large file and seeing if the read/write speeds are near their advertised?
