Hello! The sound occurs each time I power on my PC, but not after a restart. It stops after a few seconds and functions normally at idle or under stress. Likely it happens when memory is being managed afterward. My motherboard, CPU, cooler, RAM, and case are all new. It isn't the GPU or HDD. Could it be because I connected only one of the two CPU connectors (the PSU has just one cable)? It seems a cable is nudging against a fan, then either ceases or adjusts to prevent noise when the fan reaches equilibrium.
