I've received the final component of my new setup and, with the ability to organize, I'm considering the optimal migration method. Should I rely on the key linked to my Microsoft account or should I install an ISO from Windows and employ tools like Rufus?

Get the ISO file, prepare to mount it, then launch the installer. Proceed with setup, but choose to preserve your files—Windows 11 is available for free if you already own a 10GB drive!

I prefer to keep my files and operating system somewhat separate. That’s why I create a second partition for my games, important documents, and so on. I allocate roughly 200GB for Windows and the remainder for that extra drive. You could easily follow the same approach by moving everything over if you have enough space. At the very least, use Rufus to set up an ISO file with a local account—so you don’t need to log in with a Microsoft account. For a more thorough clean install, check out this repo: https://github.com/memstechtips/Unattend...me-ov-file Just remember, if you plan to use anything from the repository, leave all settings in Rufus blank. If you have further questions, ask away.
