Recently I've been working with TM5 and the Anta Extreme profile. I also enjoy Linpack Xtreme, running version 1.15.
I ran memtest86 overnight and succeeded with zero errors. The detected speed was 3600MHz on the C16-21-21-38 model, though I could improve it further. Trying 3733MHz didn’t get it to boot; the system still wasn’t recognized as C18-22-22-39.
Memtest86 isn't meant for checking stability, but for identifying issues.
It differs because forcing a RAM to run at higher speeds can trigger errors similar to faulty RAM, which would indeed be the same issue. In terms of error output, it behaves like defective RAM.
