The laptop features a light beside the charger port, and the power switch flashes for 2-4 seconds before shutting down. I've attempted to restart it multiple times. If you need assistance, a video could help clarify the issue. Please let me know if this is challenging—I'm here to help with your classes.

Typically this means there isn't enough power. Are you using the included charger?

The laptop emits some power but isn't posting or showing any video. The power switch illuminates briefly before shutting off. Plugging it in activates a light beside the charging port.

It means you can use it to charge devices without needing a separate post. There should be a postcode available for reference.

What you're describing suggests the device responds to electrical signals when connected. You might want to check the motherboard for any visible connections or components that could be interacting with the keyboard or mouse.

You’d likely need to lift the cover if any lights remain on. Ugh. There must be a method for using post codes. My initial idea is beep codes. They might have included a digital display that could be seen from outside the device. That’s usually a high-end option, though it’s doable. The instruction manual probably mentions this.

Yes, this sounds like a manual.
