The laptop is powered on with charging active, and the fans are running. You can glimpse the lock screen faintly. It’s linked to an external monitor via HDMI, but the black monitor isn’t showing up. To turn it on, you might need to connect the monitor to a power source or display device.
Unplug the screen and the device should switch to the HDMI port by default. This worked for their EliteBooks previously.
