Hello everyone, I recently purchased a used desktop and haven’t been able to get it to work. I’ve changed the RAM, GPU, CPU, power supply, and even the monitor, but nothing has improved. Any advice?

What are the details? It seems you're questioning if the setup is faulty.

I also checked the computer at the seller's place before purchasing it, and it functioned normally.

What additional components have you tried? Did you replace the CMOS battery? Probably not spent a lot on that pile of junk.

I only covered 25 dollars but the rest of the parts I used were GPUs—Radeon 9250, Radeon HD 6450 CPUs, AMD a8-6600, and a few other OEM RAM sticks even though they were tested; I don’t think it’s the RAM PSU. EVGA 400w

During that period, there were several updates. I verified its performance and then used it at home without modifying any parts.
