It’s a tough decision. Likely best to postpone getting a license until the game adds more content, especially with the PC. If we had a first-person perspective and travel options, it could boost our engagement in the story. Until then, just taking a short walk in AC isn’t enough justification. At least wait for the update in 1.1 so people have motivation to stay active beyond just occasional visits. It’s wiser to hold off and consider waiting a few more months. Plus, I’ll save this info and check the server to see if anyone wants to chat, even if it’s just small talk.

I believe we should focus on building our presence on the RSI forum first before considering bigger moves. I’m open to supporting it as discussed before, though it’s often underused. Regarding funding, we might reach out to @LukaP if we manage to reconnect with him.

I support the delay; if a problem arises, mention that "Unlicensed use of TeamSpeak 2 is restricted to two virtual servers with up to 1000 combined slots" and eventually there needs to be a feature in-game.

Honestly, without knowing the final result, it's hard to judge 128 players online in a Teamspeak group. If it's not urgent, start with a smaller server and increase gradually as needed.

That's my idea. But I don't want to pay twice again.

We could turn this into a community TS and add other titles as well. Sharing costs might help and could attract more players to Star Citizen. This idea isn’t impossible, though there are challenges. If we need to scale up, it might take at least six months before things become too tough. Otherwise, it might be better to stay unlicensed or limit slots until more SC modules arrive.

Well you'll have to find out if you can max out 64/128 people at once, cause if you cant then there's no use getting big servers until the demand is met, so 55/100 dollars is quite alright if the servers don't fill all the way up, since the game isn't due out till next year.

Yeah, I was considering the 128 option as a middle ground. But then it becomes about raising all the funds—well, it's an org community TS.

Record a contribution of $10. Assume more individuals are ready to assist. Determine the donation method.
