Hello everyone! That's the main idea. I purchased a new Kraken Elite 360 and it appears without any NZXT devices in CAM. I've run a fresh Windows install, verified my connections, and everything seems okay. Motherboard: B550 AORUS ELITE AX V2, CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X, PSU: Corsair HX1200. The cooler functions properly as it is, but I'd like to see it integrated in CAM. Any advice? Maybe which component is causing the hardware detection issue? I suspect the USB 2.0 cable might be the culprit.
Hi, is this functioning correctly? I recently purchased a Kraken 280 with a 1.54" square display and encountered the same issue. Now even Windows recognizes it. It doesn’t matter whether it’s connected or not. Nothing appears in Device Manager under USB devices. However, the internal USB behaves differently—unplugging it causes the screen to go dark and the fans to stop completely. When I plug it back in, the fans resume and the display shows the temperature reading (like "Liquid 25°C"). The MSI B650 Tomahawk is the model I’m referring to.
I own the Kraken 280 along with a prebuilt NZXT Player:Three. The problem is it only appears in Windows/CAM after I restart my PC. After shutting down and turning it back on, it fails to connect. When not visible in CAM or Windows, the fans run at full speed continuously. This causes noise and could accelerate cooler wear when operating at maximum. I’ve turned off ICUE during startup as a possible cause. Removing USB devices from the top ports in my H7 Flow case and rebooting seems to resolve the issue most reliably. I’m currently contacting NZXT for a solution. Note: MSI Pro z790-P
