The NVMe drive is no longer visible.

Hello everyone, my NVMe drive (Team Group CARDEA Ceramic C440 M.2 2280 1TB) has been functioning well since the start, but it’s now not showing at all. I returned from travel to inspect the PC and encountered a BSOD with the message WHEA_Uncorrectable_Error. I attempted several BIOS adjustments, but nothing resolved the problem. The second slot remains affected. After updating the BIOS to the latest version, the issue persisted. I then replaced the drive with a new WD Blue 1TB 3D NAND, yet the same error occurred. I suspect a recent Windows update may have altered some UEFI settings. Yes, you can reset CMOS and enter BIOS without SSDs installed.

Just reset the CMOS and it still doesn’t work. I can still view the BIOS without an SSD installed.

Have you attempted starting with a single RAM stick and the NVMe drive in? The errors seem connected to the CPU and memory.

Consider this: turning off XMP caused the two RAM sticks to disappear, so I’ll identify which ones are present and remove them before retrying.

Fixed it... a bit. It looks like the old NVMe failed and the new one was installed on a shared bandwidth with a SATA port, which is why neither showed up. I hope Newegg can handle the return.
