Hey everyone, I just set up a new computer for someone. Let me be direct: it starts up normally to the desktop. When I try to play a game, it crashes completely. It turns out the Nvidia driver isn’t installed. I downloaded GeForce Experience but keep getting the “driver not found” error. The motherboard even has a Wi-Fi antenna, yet it doesn’t connect properly. The driver seems installed but marked with an exclamation point—still nothing works. I updated and repaired it, everything is up-to-date. Now the Wi-Fi can’t locate any networks. I tried a clean install and restarted, but the issue persists. I’m considering returning the board and GPU for a replacement. Any advice would be super helpful! Thanks!

Navigate to Device Manager, locate the Wi-Fi driver, click it, then in settings disable "allow computer to disable driver to save power"

I'll attempt this in the morning! It's currently at work. If you have any other ideas, I'd love to hear them!

You're using Windows 10. The latest release is version 1803. You might want to download the Nvidia drivers directly instead of using GeForce Experience: https://www.nvidia.de/Download/driverRes.../187346/en

It seems to be an authentic product, right? Purchased from a large UK company.

I'm running Windows 10. The provided link also gives the same error about driver installation.
