The surround mode isn't appearing on your monitor even though the NVIDIA control panel is open. It seems to be working only on the single connected display. When you hover over the app, it shows a blank white screen instead of the expected interface.

All drivers are current, the app functioned properly before the restart. I tried using instructions from YouTube videos to troubleshoot.

Open the Nvidia Control Panel icon as indicated. Press the Windows key and navigate with the arrow keys to check visibility.
