It shouldn't be like this unless you store all your games in C. I recommend having one drive just for the operating system and other system files, with another drive dedicated to your games.

Unless you're running out of room where it matters or constantly juggling multiple programs, it shouldn't cause any problems regardless of the number of games you've added.
