The newly installed RAM modules aren't working.
Purchased additional 2x8GB sticks from GSKill Aegis DDR4 to boost capacity. Installed them expecting a total of 4x8GB, but the PC failed to boot after setup. Cards were removed without saving their location, and I can't reach the boot menu or power the keyboard. Running an Asrock B450M Micro Pro with AMD Ryzen 5 1600, Zodec gaming GeForce 3050, and trying to install 4x8GB RAM via GSKill Aegis DDR4. Need advice on identifying which sticks are original and how to access BIOS or fix the keyboard issue.
Ensure stickers remain intact on RAM modules. Verify serial numbers; matching pairs should differ by ±1, meaning Stick 1 S/N:5964123190 9 and Stick 2 S/N:5964123190 8. Be aware that purchasing RAM together is often advised since manufacturers may switch suppliers or use various IC chips while maintaining the same model. Reset CMOS during reconfiguration to restart memory training. Updating BIOS can also enhance memory stability.
