It turned out the PSU was faulty, so the seller replaced it. The replacement unit came with three separate PCIE cables, which might have contributed to the improvement. Now the system is working smoothly!

I believe the main issue was that the GPU was consuming a lot of power—355W from the GPU, but only 75W came from the slot, leaving 280W available. This suggests the card was drawing around 90-100W per power input, which likely triggered the overload protection on the PSU.
