I purchased a GPU from eBay, an MSI Ventus 3x 3070, and replaced my PSU with a 750W unit. My VGA light keeps activating while the GPU boots but doesn’t display anything. It only powers on occasionally after turning it on and off, then switches to my old GPU 1660. If BIOS loads, it stays black or enters rest mode; if not, I can’t get into BIOS. Playing games works fine once BIOS loads, but getting to BIOS is extremely difficult when the screen won’t turn on. I’ve tried reseating GPU and RAM, updating BIOS, and using the Ez setup wizard, but it fails to load Windows afterward.
