After much troubleshooting, I noticed my system temperature was a bit too high. I suspected the rapid temperature increase during turbo boost might be the issue. So I checked the BIOS and turned it off. Now everything runs smoothly. I’ve been using this inexpensive thermal paste rated at 2.2W/m²K for a long time, but the crashes were linked to overheating. I’m planning to switch to a higher-quality paste rated at 12W/m²K and will test if the CPU stabilizes with turbo enabled.
You can adjust your PBO offset to negative with a setting of 15 or 20, which should also improve the temperatures. You mentioned your temperatures were okay before.

I've tested the CPU on two systems—ASROCK reports a security error, while my ASUS system either fails to boot or shows a missing Windows file warning. It sometimes leads to Windows Recovery, but that only causes crashes. I can manage the BIOS, but that’s about all I can do. Both machines are older, yet they function perfectly with their original Ryzen 2700 chips. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
