Hello! I recently started purchasing new components to upgrade my system, but once everything was installed, the PC wouldn’t boot at all—not even into BIOS. It powers on, fans spin, and LEDs light up, but nothing happens afterward. I’ve observed the CPU cooler fan turning on and off, the cooler light flickering, yet no significant changes after that. I’m trying to fix this and have used the following parts: motherboard (Gigabyte B550 GAMING X V2), AMD Ryzen 7 5700X, Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 Vengeance LPX (x2 8GB), Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 120, and a Gigabyte/Nvidia 1660 Super (brand uncertain). I’ve also changed RAM types, slots, and removed the CMOS battery before reinserting it. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or resolve this issue?

I didn't attempt to remove and reinsert the CPU and power cables.

Ensure your GPU functions properly. Consider updating the BIOS for better compatibility. If your system is very outdated, the motherboard may lack the necessary BIOS version for 5700x support. Check Gigabyte’s site or your motherboard manual for guidance on using Q-Flash Plus, which lets you upgrade the BIOS without a compatible CPU first.

I've tested both units, so it seems there might be a problem with the board or CPU. Currently, I can't determine the exact issue.
